He has extensive experience in ICT management and ICT-business transformation processes. He has proven success in budget planning and decision-making directing in the field of product lines, creating, improving and maintaining organisational infrastructures, product distribution strategies and channel development. He is recognised for his strong vision, excellent leadership and project management capabilities. He has a broad global market experience, including developing effective, customer-driven and result- oriented business strategies and execution plans to drive business growth and market expansion.

He has a Publishing and IT background and held positions as CIO (Concentra, 2005-2007), Director Production Planning Software Products (Creo, 2004-2004), General Manager Europe (ScenicSoft, 2000-2002), Industrial Director (Concentra, 1998-2000) and Product Line Manager (Agfa, 1996-1997). Paul holds a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Ghent (1991) and an MBA from the EDHEC business school in Lille, France (1992).
