Synergetics invented the concept of the employabilityPortfolio as a (virtual) placeholder for all related Human Factor data. Technically employabilityPortfolio can be regarded as a “dynamic view on distributed data”.

The employabilityPortfolio is an innovative combination of repository technology, semantics, xml conversion services and a BPMS/SOA environment in order to generate a series of service requester specific output formats from a distributed set of data of service providers.

One of the outcomes of this approach is a reverse intake procedure for employability services.
