Joost Verplancke is currently in charge of content production for Giunti Labs’s learn eXact e-learning projects. He guides, supports and advises customers who want to profit from state-of-the-art e-learning content that is SCORM, IMS or AICC compliant.
Prior to Synergetics, Joost Verplancke was a technical writer and a translator for more than 10 years. He has worked at various IT companies, technical writing and translating agencies, where he reorganised and professionalised the documentation department, developed a wide variety of single-source on-line and hard copy user documentation in several languages, wrote content for websites and press releases, and translated a panoply of subjects, mainly scientific and technical, using translation database technology.
